How does the request queue work?
A request can group pieces that share one objective and brief, with deliverables agreed before production. We organise the queue by priority and keep one request in production at a time. While you review a delivery, we can move ahead with an independent request whose materials are complete.
What counts as a revision?
Each request includes two rounds of consolidated feedback within the agreed brief. Revisions return to the next available slot after the delivery currently in production. An extra round of minor revisions starts at 0.5 units; a new concept or changed brief needs a separate estimate. Fixing our own errors uses no additional units.
What do you need from us?
We need brand files, final copy, formats, references, assets and one person to consolidate feedback. The timeline starts once materials are complete and the production start is confirmed. Waiting for materials or client review reschedules delivery. Translation, content strategy and long-form copywriting are quoted separately.
What is outside the plans?
Full brand strategy or a new identity, web development, hosting, social posting or community management, ad buying, filming, photography, 3D, character rigging, complex compositing, voiceover and long-form audiovisual work. Third-party assets and licenses need separate approval.
How do payment and cancellation work?
Plans are paid monthly in advance after availability is confirmed. To pause or cancel the next cycle, notify us in writing at least 5 business days before renewal. The initial engagement is confirmed by invoice; sending an enquiry does not start a subscription.
Do unused units roll over?
Monthly capacity is reserved for that cycle, so unused units do not roll over. If an agreed delivery is delayed by Hunab, we arrange an extension or another written solution. Additional units are USD 140 each, subject to scope and availability, and require your approval.
